Continuing problems creeping up
Oral: Basic weather chart reading, applying Alternate requirements and RNAV approach procedures. Loss Comm procedures seems to be an issue every now and then. Aircraft systems as they relate to IFR have been a common weak area
Flight: Poor altitude control. This is most likely a result of a slow or poor instrument scan. I've had a few applicants treat a DA as an MDA. That's a big no no. A few issues with identifying the MAP and then properly executing the published missed approach procedure.
